Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of omnihuman2.ai (the “Service”), operated by Nexa Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you upload an image and an audio file and render a video using the OmniHuman 2 model, accessed through a third-party API provider. omnihuman2.ai is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ByteDance or BytePlus. OmniHuman is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions, credits and billing

  • Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or yearly) through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Each plan grants credits per credit period (weekly for weekly plans, monthly for yearly plans). 10 credits equal 1 second of rendered video.
  • Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and expire at the end of each credit period.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the images and audio you upload and to the videos you render. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. You confirm that you own or have permission to use every image, voice and recording you upload, including the consent of any person depicted or whose voice is used.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create content that:

  • impersonates a real person without their consent, or is intended to deceive people about who is speaking;
  • depicts minors in any sexual or harmful context, or is sexually explicit involving a real person;
  • harasses, defames, threatens or promotes violence or hatred;
  • is used for fraud, scams, election manipulation or non-consensual “deepfake” material;
  • infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, without refund for the affected period.

6. Availability

Rendering depends on third-party infrastructure. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If a render fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email before they take effect.
