Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Nexa Labs, LLC collects when you use omnihuman2.ai, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and profile picture from Google Sign-In.
• Content: the images and audio you upload, prompts you write and the videos we render for you.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last digits of your card, never full card numbers.
• Usage and marketing data: pages visited, device information and, with your consent, advertising identifiers such as Google click IDs used to measure ad performance.

How we use it

• To render your videos and show them in your library.
• To manage subscriptions, credits and support requests.
• To measure and improve the Service and our advertising (only with consent where required).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.

Processors

We use trusted providers to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Stripe (payments), fal.ai (model inference), Vercel (hosting) and Google (sign-in, analytics and advertising measurement). Your image and audio are sent to the inference provider only when you start a paid render.

Retention

Uploads from projects you never rendered are deleted after 30 days. Rendered videos stay in your library until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to certain processing. Email support@omnihuman2.ai.
